GENERAL RULES
None of our images may be offered for resale, neither may they be catalogued or presented as a library, - whether for profit or otherwise. All licences (except PRO +) are for 'single-use'. Files can be altered if necessary, but they can not be included in any composite that is resold. Use on websites is restricted to 600 pixels (across the maximum dimension) in all categories - no exceptions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This Agreement governs your access to Carpix Archive (the "Site") which is operated by The Carpix Network trading as CarpixArchive.
Access and use of the Site are provided by CarpixArchive to you on condition that you accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement and by accessing or using the Site, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In addition you will be required to accept the Carpix separate End User Licence Agreement terms before you can purchase any content from the Site. You should also read the Carpix Privacy Policy which describes how CarpixArchive uses information that is given to it through use of the Site.
CarpixArchive reserves the right to change or modify all or any part of this Agreement, the End User Licence Agreement and Privacy Policy at any time, effective immediately upon notice published on the Site. If you continue to use the Site after such notice you will be deemed to have accepted such changes.
If you do not agree to accept and abide by this Agreement, or if you do not accept any changes made to it, the End User Licence Agreement or the Privacy Policy by CarpixArchive, you should not access or use the Site.
Once an image is downloaded refunds are not available. Any refunds are at the discretion of the Carpix Network and requests must be made here within seven days of purchase.
Pricing is assigned on a per asset basis and displayed on the screen for the user.
You agree to indemnify and hold CarpixArchive and its affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, liability, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) incurred in connection with any breach by you (or any one acting on your behalf or under your Username) of this Agreement. Carpix Network reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and in such case, you agree to cooperate with moodboard's defense of such claim.

CARPIX ARCHIVE DOES ITS BEST TO ENSURE THE SITE IS ACCURATE AND UP TO DATE BUT EXCLUDES TO THE GREATEST EXTENT POSSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Except as specifically stated in this Agreement or elsewhere on the Site, or as otherwise required by applicable law, neither Carpix Archive or its directors, employees, licensors, content providers, affiliates or other representatives will be liable for damages of any kind (including, without limitation, lost profits, direct, indirect, compensatory, consequential, exemplary, special, incidental, or punitive damages) arising out of your use of, your inability to use, or the performance of the Site or the Content whether or not Carpix Archive has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
If links to other sites are given on this Site, Carpix Archive does not control those third party sites and is not responsible for their content.
Some countries’ local laws do not permit the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or liability for certain categories of damages. Therefore, some or all of the limitations above may not apply to you to the extent they are prohibited or superseded by applicable legal provisions.


SPECIFIC 'END USER' LICENSES
WEB: For use on personal web sites. Restricted to 600px size with a copyright credit for 'www.carpix.net'. They must not be redistributed, repackaged or sold.
WEBPRO: For use on commercial web sites. Restricted to 600px size with a copyright credit for 'www.carpix.net'. Photos may be used on multiple pages but only on one website.
SMALL:: For personal screensavers on one computer only. They must not be redistributed or sold. They can be used for personal prints - but not in relation to any business.
MEDIUM: Commercial use for marketing, internal promotion, video and editorial uses. No advertising use. Web use (without credit) allowed at 600px resolution.
LARGE: Commercial use for marketing, business promotion, editorial and local advertising. Web use (without credit) allowed at 600px resolution.
PRO: Commercial use for marketing, business promotion, editorial, calendars, packaging and regional/national advertising. Web use (without credit) allowed at 600px resolution.
PRO +: All rights (except resale) for 1 year term. Web use restricted to 600px resolution.

'BRANDING' ISSUES
Branding issues are deemed to be entirely between the end-user (you) and the manufacturer/car maker. Furthermore by purchasing an image from Carpix Archive, you agree to indemnify and hold CarpixArchive and its affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, liability, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) incurred in connection with any breach by you (or any one acting on your behalf or under your Username) of any 'Branding' issue.
